Canceling or editing orders

Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your order.

• Address changes can be made up until the order is shipped
• Add-on products can be added un until the order is shipped
• Hardware can be changed or removed up until the order is shipped
• Uncovered rails can be changed or removed up until the order is shipped
• Covered rails are made to order and changes must be made prior to covering. Once rails have been covered, regardless if the order has shipped, any changes will be subject to any applicable restocking costs
